Refund Policy

All purchases of digital products, including on-demand workshops, webinar recordings, downloadable resources, classes, and other digital content sold through Lilithfoxx LLC, are final.

Because these products are delivered electronically and access is granted immediately upon purchase, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing digital content that cannot be returned once access has been granted.

Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing your purchased content, please contact support at Lilith@LilithFoxx.com. I will make every reasonable effort to resolve legitimate technical issues and restore access.

Technical support does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same workshop or digital product more than once using the same account, please contact me within 14 days. Verified duplicate purchases may be refunded or credited at my sole discretion.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Lilithfoxx LLC before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider so that any technical or billing issues may be addressed.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in the suspension or permanent termination of access to purchased content.
